Symbolik aka Kwame NB is a trained Fine Arts practitioner.  He has a specialization in New Media.  In other words his art is technologically informed and inspired.  Symbolik is an inventor and is interested in new and innovative ways to creatively utilize technology in order to enrich our existence, teach, and forge new paths.

Many of Symbolik's New Media works leverage his poetic and story telling expertise.  The following are two such examples.   "Choose Your Own Dementia", an an interactive software piece, allows for a participant to choose the composition of a audio visual poetic presentation.  The user chooses a positive take on the subject matter, or a more pessimistic one.  Symbolik's rhymes are featured in this work.  "The 4th Dimension" is an Augmented Reality(AR) Scavenger hunt.  AR markers are hidden in a different locations in a space.  Upon finding the marker, a participant can return to the AR station where they point the marker at a giant iPhone. The screen reveals a clue as to the next place to go.  The AR marker allows for a Symbolik video clip, proceeded by a scavenger hunt clue, to appear on screen in the palm of the user's hands.  See below for more info.
